Directions for Use:
Holding can 3-4" from skin, spray a light layer over the area to be taped. It is usally not necessary to spray the entire area, but just the anchor points where each strip ends. Wait a few seconds until the sprayed area feels tacky, then apply tape.

CureTape Punch comes in standard size 2 inch X 16.5 foot rolls. While it uses the same premium quality cotton and gentle but powerful adhesive as Classic CureTape, CureTape Punch has alternating rows of 2 and 3 holes punched into the tape, which gives it some qualities that are unique among kinesiology tapes.

The punches allow the tape to stretch along the height and the width, and allows the tape to apply pressure 3-dimensionally. X-strips are the quick-relief strips of the kinesiology taping world. Each strip has a lengthwise cut from each end toward a solid center. For fast pain relief, simply apply the center part of the tape directly over any painful spot, then spread the arms and apply over the surrounding area in an X-pattern.
