PerformStik is the only tape adherent designed specifically for use with kinesiology tape. Directions for Use:
Holding can 3-4" from skin, spray a light layer over the area to be taped. It is usally not necessary to spray the entire area, but just the anchor points where each strip ends. Wait a few seconds until the sprayed area feels tacky, then apply tape.
