Directions for Use::
Hold bottle 3-4 inches from skin and spray entire area to be cleaned. Gently wipe the area with a clean paper or cloth towel. Apply tape when skin is dry.

Fan taping is a simple and effective way to reduce swelling, bruising, and even the severe swelling associated with lymphedema. Applying the tails of the fan tape over the affected area lifts the skin microscopically, enhancing lymphatic drainage. The MTC Handbook by sports and pediatric physiotherapist practitioner and lecturer Harry Pijnappel is a comprehensive manual that covers the theory and practical applications of the Muscular Taping Concept style of taping.
