I used this configuration last week for a bad case of tennis elbow (lateral epicondylitis). I started by cutting a longer length of SpiderTech Tape into a Y and applying it along the borders of my forearm extensors extending up past the elbow. Then, I applied the Spider Tech X PowerStrip with the center of the X directly over my lateral epicondyle (outer bump on the elbow). The tape stayed on for 5 days, and I was able to pain almost pain-free.
