There are several ways to find the products you are looking for on www.theratape.com:
- Tape Finder - our unique Tape Finder, found on the homepage and all category pages, allows you to select attributes such as brand, roll size, color and body part, then click "Find my Tape." The results page will display all items with the criteria you selected. If you do not see the items you expected, try selecting fewer attributes - the fewer attributes selected, the broader the search results will be.
- Search Bar - enter keywords into the Search Theratape bar at the top of any page to display a selection of products matching your search terms
- Shop by Brand - the Shop by Brand heading in the top menu allows you to go directly to the category or subcategory pages for every brand we carry
- Shop by Category - the Shop by Category heading in the top menu allows you to shop by the type of tape your are looking for and see all brand items in that category
- Shop by Body Part - selecting any of the headings under Shop by Body Part will display a selection of precut kinesiology taping products designed specifically for that part of the body

Ordering
You may order as a guest or create an account that will store your customer information and order history, allowing faster checkout and order tracking. Your account information is secure and will never be shared with third parties, other than those for payment processing and shipping. To protect your security, we do not store payment information for customer accounts.
After completing your order, you will immediately receive an order confirmation email, followed by a shipping confirmation email when your order ships.
Redeeming Discounts and Codes
Enter discount codes in the Discount Code box on the shopping cart page, then click Apply Discount. If your discount qualifies, it will be displayed in the payment summary area.
Backorders
Our website displays the quantity of each item currently available in inventory. If the quantity says 0, but the item does not say Out of Stock, it is still available for backorder. Wait time is typically less than 7 days for backordered products. If it will be more than 7 days before your item will be available, we will contact you and offer you the opportunity to adjust the quantity or substitute a similar item. For international orders that contain backordered items, the entire order will be held until all items can be shipped together.
Discount Programs
Theratape offers discounts to health professionals and resellers. To receive discounted prices, registration for these programs must be completed and you must be logged into your account before ordering.
Payment Methods
Credit and Debit Cards
We accept credit and debit cards from Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express, as well as PayPal. For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. If your transaction is declined due to AVS mismatch, please check that you have entered the correct billing address for the card used.
Check or Money Order
To pay by check or money order, select Check/Money Order as your payment method during checkout. Print 2 copies of your invoice - one for your records and one to include with your payment. Make check or money order payable to Theratape, and mail, along with one copy of the invoice, to: Theratape, 211 S River Ridge Cir Suite #101, Burnsville, MN 55337
If you pay by check, your order will be held until your check has been deposited and cleared by our bank. This could delay shipment of your order by up to 1 week.
Purchase Orders
Purchase orders are accepted from approved institutions registered with the website. Payment terms are net 30 days. Click to register. Orders over $2,000 may require prepayment via wire transfer.
Sales Tax
All orders shipping to Minnesota addresses will be charged 6.875% sales tax. If you are a tax exempt Minnesota business, please fax your tax exemption certificate to 888-777-2125 or email it to [email protected], then contact us for ordering instructions.
Return Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for damaged, defective or unwanted items. Please check your order immediately to be sure it is intact and contains the correct items.
If You Have Damaged or Defective Items
All Theratape products are fully guaranteed against defect and damage. If your order arrived damaged, please keep all of the packing materials and contact us immediately. After determing the type and extent of the damage, we will either replace the product or issue a refund or credit. If you believe you received defective merchandise, please contact us and describe the problem(s) you are experiencing. We will provide you with additional information about how to determine if a product is defective. If a product is determined to be defective, we will replace it or issue refund or credit.
We will gladly accept items returned in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Returned items must be received in unopened and/or unused condition for full product credit. Reimbursement will be made in the form of a refund or site credit. Original and return shipping charges are not refundable. Please contact us for a return authorization number before returning any product. Sales of DVD's and instruction manuals are final.
Instructions for Product Returns
- Contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
- Products must be received unopened and undamaged to qualify for full credit.
- Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your order number, date of purchase, reason for return.
- Be sure to select a shipping method that can be tracked and insured. We are not responsible for returned items lost in transit.
Shipping
We offer free standard domestic shipping for orders over $50 placed by registered customers in our Consumer customer group, as well as unregistered guests. This offer does not currently include customers in our Professional or Distributor groups.
We ship same day for orders of in-stock items received by 1 pm central time. We ship both domestically and internationally via USPS and United Parcel Service. Shipping costs are dependent on the weight of your order and the shipping method you select.
