To determine size, measure the circumference of your knee around the center of your patella (kneecap)

XS: 10.5" and below
SM: 10.5" - 12.5"
MED: 12.5" - 13.5"
LG: 13.5" - 14.5"
XL: 14.5" and above

Thickness

The 7mm thickness is typically used for heavy lifting, while the 5mm thickness is used more for conditioning.
