KT Tape Recovery+ Ice/Heat Therapy System
KT Tape\'s KT Recovery+ Ice/Heat Compression Therapy System is like having your own personal, portable trauma kit. Whether you prefer heat therapy, cold therapy or need to alternate, Ice/Heat has you covered. It contains:

The versatile, adjustable wrap is a key component in the system. It keeps the ice/heat where you need it, so you can move freely during ice or heat therapy. The velcro fasteners allow you to apply as little or as much compression as you want, while the insulated pocket maintains optimal temperatures longer, allowing for more effective treatment.
SpiderTech PowerStrips: Precut Y-Strips
SpiderTech\'s Y PowerStripsStrips are 2" x 8" strips of kinesiology tape with one solid end and a longitudnal cut extending from the other end, creating a Y configuration. This taping configuration is usually applied around the borders of a muscle or joint that is injured, inflamed or weak. This size is ideal for taping areas like the arm, thigh, neck, back, ankle or calf. They also work well for many pediatric applications.
The backing is divided into numbered sections for simple, step by step application. Perforations in the backing make it easy to apply the tape, one section at a time.
Y-strips can be used alone or in combination with any of the other SpiderTech PowerStrips or precut kinesiology tape applications. All SpiderTech products are made from premium Nitto Denko SpiderTape, and can be worn 3-5 days.
SpiderTech Tape Bulk Rolls
SpiderTech Bulk Rolls are 103 feet (31.5m) long, the equivalent of 6+ single rolls, and are available in both regular and gentle adhesive. Regular adhesive is available in beige, black, blue and pink. Gentle comes in a soft beige shade only.

Single rolls of SpiderTape are perfect for sport bags, travel kits and home use. Each 16.4\' (5m) roll has enough tape for numerous applications. Gentle adhesive is available only in beige.
